In our 施工技术 program, you’ll receive hand-on training alongside classroom instruction from some of the best in the business. You’ll acquire the skills needed to do everything from framing to cabinet construction and be able to test those skills as you help to build a house that is auctioned off every year. You’ll also have the opportunity to take courses in related areas including drafting, residential wiring and welding.

Finish in 2 years by completing 16-17 credits a semester for 4 semesters

The length of time to complete a program is based on a student taking only the courses required for the program as listed in our online catalog. It does not include the cost of foundations courses that may be required based on assessment scores, retaking courses or taking courses that are not required by your program of study

Your adviser will develop a plan of study to meet your personal needs.

The following is a list of tools you 必须有 when you start the 施工技术 program. You should bring your tools with you the first day of class. You may need to add tools at a later date.  Ask for student discounts when purchasing your tools.

  13. Carpenters tool belt of good quality, check for comfort, rounded bottoms of the nail pouches

    are easier to get nails out of -OR- pouches to clip on belt (make sure to have hammer loop)
